TAMA September Mixer Kicks off New Year

TAMA, the Tucson chapter of the American Marketing Association, begins its new membership year on September 11th with a Mixer at the Radisson Hotel at 6555 E. Speedway from 5 – 7:00 p.m. The event, sponsored by Madden Preprint Media, will kick off the year with the introduction of new board members as well as news about changes and new directions for the association. TAMA invites all members as well as marketing and communications professionals in the Tucson community to attend this really important…and entertaining…event.

The September Mixer will unveil a new TAMA. In addition to its new board, all TAMA events for the 2007-2008 year will be moving time, place, and date.

“TAMA is really taking a giant step, making so many changes all at one time,” says Hospitality VP, Pat Gallaty-Fisler “but being good marketers we listened to our ‘customers!’ We got feedback that the location, time, and dates were not meeting members’ needs and worked hard to make the necessary changes. We believe this solution will allow more members to attend the great roster of events we have planned for the coming year and encourage all marketers in Tucson to attend.” Working together with President, Stephanie Boreale, and the TAMA Board, the association is announcing that starting in October, all TAMA meetings for the 2007-2008 year will be held on the second Thursday of the month from 11:30-1:30 at the Radisson Hotel, 6555 E. Speedway. They also have an exciting program schedule to unveil for the upcoming meetings.
